NetLink NBN Trust's net profit fell by 6.9% year-on-year to 46.9 million yuan in the second half of the year, and its annual net profit fell by 7.6% to 95.4 million yuan.

Performance Report points out that the business model of Netcom Broadband Trust is stable and can still provide stable income and cash flow amid external uncertainty. Supported by strong balance sheet and prudent capital management, the Group has sufficient capacity to support operations and future capital expenditures. In addition, the group has significantly hedged interest rate risks, further enhancing financial stability under dynamic changes in the macro environment.

The main reason for the decline in revenue is the decrease in the number of orders for affiliated businesses, resulting in a decrease of 6.2 million yuan in this part of revenue. The connectivity business also decreased by RMB 1.5 million after the Information Communications Media Development Agency (IMDA) lowered its monthly recurring expenses. However, the increase in volume of this business largely offset the impact of the cost reduction.

Network Broadband Trust continues to implement a policy of paying 100% of the cash that can be paid for half a year. In the first six months ending March 31, each unit will pay a dividend of 2.68 points, and the dividend payment date is scheduled for June 11. The deadline for unit registration is 5:00 pm on May 29.

EBITDA (EBITDA) fell 1.5% year-on-year to 288.1 million yuan, mainly due to decreased revenue, decreased non-operating revenue and increased operating expenses. The decline in net profit is due to the decrease in EBITDA, increased depreciation and amortization, and increased financial costs.

After the closing of the market on Thursday (May 15), Netcom Broadband Trust released its results for the second half of the 2025 fiscal year ended at the end of March, showing that the group's revenue in the second half of the year reached 202 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.8%; the annual revenue fell by 1.0% to 407 million yuan.
