1. Do not pursue beautiful appearance too much.
PE pipe production process, high-pressure material needs to be added. The more high-pressure material is added, the smoother the outer wall of the PE pipe looks. Many customers do not know this principle and believe that a high appearance finish means good quality of the pipe. In fact, if the outer wall of the pipe is just smooth and beautiful, it is quite beautiful even if it is made with full return material. However, the toughness of the pipe is far from being reduced, and adding more high-pressure material will reduce the ring steel of the PE pipe. Therefore, blindly pursuing smooth and beautiful outer wall means good product quality is a very wrong concept.
2. Do not pursue too much cheaper prices.
In fact, when purchasing pipe materials, we should compare the quality first, and only the prices can be compared under the same quality conditions. At present, some manufacturers are very cheap. The methods used are to use full recycle materials in production, or make cored pipes (both ends thick and thin in the middle), and composite pipes (new material on the inner and outer walls, with recycle materials in the middle). These pipes are currently in large numbers on the market. Many customers do not know the reasons and pursue low prices, which often leave a big problem in later construction.
3. Do not pursue famous brands too much:
In terms of construction application, PE pipes are not daily consumer goods, but industrial and mining products. As long as they are determined by quality, the project party should not blindly pursue famous brands during construction, but should compare the prices and quality between various manufacturers, so that costs can be reduced while ensuring the quality of the project and gain more benefits. 2. Peeling sludge:

3. Chemical cleaning:
Add chemical cleaning agents and dispersants to clean the floating rust, scale and oil in the pipeline system, disperse and discharge, and reduce it to a clean surface.
4. Surface prefilm:
Prefilm agent is added to form a dense polymer protective film on the surface to play a corrosion-proof effect.
5. Daily maintenance:
Add corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor at the same time, through the combined effect, prevent the precipitation of calcium and magnesium ions from crystallizing. And regularly inspect and monitor the water quality.
