In daily life, we can see scenes of mothers or fathers carrying babies, but it is not very common in the animal world, and most of them are children following their mothers. But sometimes in a very urgent situation, animals will carry their children on their bodies! What I want to tell today is the story of a mother cat carrying a kitten and asking for help from humans! There is a girl named Jingjing. She is a newcomer who just started working not long after graduation and rents a living in a community. She found that there were many stray cats in the community she lived in. She had liked small animals since she was a child, so she decided to buy some cat food to feed the cats every day.
The stray cats were very alert to Jingjing at first, but later as the feeding time was longer, they gradually gained their trust. As long as Jingjing came, they all surrounded her and rubbed around her, as if they were flower protectors. Some bold cats even want to go home with Jingjing, but she does not have the ability to take care of so many cats yet, so she has not let them come back. Being able to feed them every day is her greatest ability at present. However, something that happened later broke Jingjing's originally peaceful life. It was also one night when Jingjing went downstairs to feed the stray cat as usual, and suddenly found a strange cat.
Jingjing had never seen this cat before, it probably just came to this community. What attracted Jingjing even more attention was that there was a little cat on the back of this cat! Jingjing glanced at the kitten and found that it seemed to be sick and it was difficult to open its eyes because there were too many secretions. The cat mother came to Jingjing with a kitten on her back, and she must have wanted her help! Jingjing is a little strange. How did it know that it would help it? After all, I have never seen it before! Later, I thought about it, maybe it was the stray cat I often feed to tell it. The cats can communicate with each other, and it seems quite magical.
Jingjing first took some food to feed the cat, but it did not eat it, but signaled Jingjing to help its children. Suddenly the kitten vomited and twitched. It seemed that the condition was very serious. Jingjing did not dare to delay it. After the kitten was relieved, she wrapped the kitten with a towel and took it to a nearby hospital for examination with the cat's mother. The test results are even more serious than Jingjing imagined. The cat's head was traumatized, and his brain may have been damaged and he also suffered from epilepsy. The doctor's suggestion is to euthanize it!
Looking at the anxious look of the cat mother, Jingjing certainly couldn't accept euthanasia, so she could only ask the doctor to save it again! So the hospital treated the kitten with hyperbaric oxygen, which temporarily alleviated its condition. Then Jingjing took the cat mother and the kitten back home to take care of her. At that time, she did not expect to cure her illness, but just thought that she could take care of her every day. After all, if something like maternal love happens under your nose, how can you turn a blind eye to it!
However, a year after adopting them, the cat's mother died of a heart attack, but the kitten survived strongly, and its condition gradually stabilized! Now he is 3 years old, no different from other ordinary cats! For Jingjing, the death of the cat mother may be a regret, but I think for the cat mother, the child can continue his life and continue to live, which is the best result. This is the greatness of maternal love. As parents, who doesn’t want their children to be well! Even if I am gone, I will be content to see that they are still doing well!
