In addition to some common foreign-bred dogs in the pet market, we usually buy them. You may also see cross-breeding dogs bred by some vendors themselves or local dogs from other provinces.

However, according to the author's observation, introspective dogs are often more popular than some foreign dogs. I think that's because there are so few dogs in other provinces. This is a relatively new cause. Buyers consider this type of dog more novel and more interesting.

The vendor in the picture is setting up a stall in the dog market to sell a batch of Laizhou red dogs he brought. The Laizhou Red Dog is a northern native dog introduced from the Northeast. Because the hair all over its body is slightly red, it is called the Laizhou Red Dog. According to traders, the Laizhou Red Dog is also a very popular guard dog in the north for guarding homes and nursing homes. These Laizhou red dogs, which are not commonly seen in ordinary times, also attracted a large number of buyers to watch after the stalls were opened, because people rarely see such dogs and find them relatively novel.

The picture shows Laizhou red dogs on display. It can be seen that the Laizhou red dogs displayed by the vendors are basically puppies. I think most of the vendors are operators who specialize in breeding and selling red dogs in Laizhou, but if we get closer, we can see that the puppies displayed by the vendors are not particularly good. Regarding the appearance of red dogs, the author believes that the identification method should be similar to that of most wolf dogs. The first thing to see is the quality of their hair and the purity of their hair color. The second is to see if their ears are upright enough. Thousands of these puppies are relatively young, so it's normal not to stand up. However, the authors observed that these puppies had numerous white spots on their bodies. I wonder if they have a skin disease or parasites?

The picture shows the buyer communicating with the vendor. While watching, many buyers were also talking about what are these white spots on the puppies? Some sharp-eyed buyers directly said, "Your dogs are all full of parasites, how can we keep them after we buy them!" It can be seen that after the buyers saw these parasites, they had a very bad impression of the dogs, and the vendors also explained that these are not actually parasites, but just some hair dirt. However, this statement obviously does not make everyone happy, because the buyer who spoke earlier also suggested that these white spots are mites, which may appear on pets. Some people even said that these dogs from vendors are sick dogs!

As for the dog’s specific health status, I’m not sure. However, I also think that these little white spots on dogs are probably parasites. I hope traders can still pay attention to it. Otherwise, the puppies are likely to be infected and unable to be sold.
If you saw Laizhou Red Dogs in the market, would you choose to buy them or the local Kunming Dogs?
