The BBC updated the progress of Isaac's transfer with Liverpool, saying that Liverpool has not submitted Isaac's second official offer yet.

BBC pointed out that on August 1, Liverpool submitted its first offer of 110 million pounds to Newcastle, which has been rejected. According to sources, the Reds will make a comeback sooner or later, with a new offer of at least 120 million pounds, which is expected to break the UK transfer fee record. Isaac's transaction will also become the key to unlocking a series of transfers before the transfer day deadline.

Sources close to Isaac confirmed to BBC Sports that despite Newcastle's attempt to mediate a settlement with Isaac earlier this week, it did not succeed and the player's goal is to join Liverpool. Now Liverpool is waiting for the second offer they hope to be accepted, and it is revealed that the relevant work has been progressing for a long time.

Newcastle is about to sign Waltermad for up to 80 million euros, the first domino Isaac needs to fall before he realizes his "Red Army Dream".

To let Newcastle let Isaac leave the team, multiple conditions need to be met at the same time. The first is that Newcastle must introduce two new strikers. Walter Mad is the first, and Newcastle is still chasing Brentford forward Visa, viewing him as a replacement after Wilson left the team.

However, the Bees have rejected the latest offer of £40 million from Newcastle, and the two sides are still negotiating. Sources said that once Brentford signs another attacker, Visa's transfer will accelerate.

Brentford is also talking about Dortmund's Byer, and Dortmund is willing to sell the German striker because they are close to signing Wolves' attack method Bio Silva. If Byer joins Brentford, Visa will switch to St. James Park. Newcastle is still interested in Larson, but the Wolves insist that Larson is not a seller and has rejected the Magpie's offer twice.

The arrival of Visa or Larson will be the second domino that Liverpool needs to fall for Isaac. Newcastle actively operates the signing of the two strikers and has hinted that they are willing to sell Isaac, who is still training alone and has not participated in Eddie Howe's team joint training.

Newcastle's response statement last week did not completely rule out the possibility of Isak's departure, which also left another hint for the goals Liverpool is trying to achieve in the next few days.
