Tottenham and Red Bull Leipzig have reached an agreement on the 22-year-old Dutch international, with the transfer fee of 60 million euros (equivalent to 51.8 million pounds). Simmons has signed a five-year contract with Tottenham, which includes the option to extend the two-year period.
After the personal terms were negotiated, Simmons completed his physical examination on Thursday. The details of the final transfer are only required to finalize. Currently, only he and Red Bull Leipzig have handled the final matter of leaving the team.
