According to the official website of the English League Two team Walsol Club, the FA has punished Walsol midfielder Jamie Jerlis for violating gambling rules.
It is said that Jerrys bets in total between April 30, 2019 and July 4, 2023, violating the FA E1(b) rules.
He has admitted the charge. The Independent Regulatory Commission imposed a five-month ban on the game, but suspended it for one year and imposed a fine of £1,200 and a warning.
Club thanks the Professional Players Association for its support for the club in the process. The club will not comment further on the matter.
