According to Craig Hope, a reporter from the Daily Mail, Ramsey will undergo a Newcastle medical examination tonight.
Craig Hope wrote on social media: "Villa and Newcastle have reached an agreement on a £38 million deal, and Jacob Ramsey will travel to Newcastle late this afternoon and start a medical check-up tonight."
