Previously, the Mirror reported that Liverpool may invite the club's meritorious consort Kuyt as Slot's assistant coach, but Kuyt's agent Rob Jensen denied the news.
He said: "No, Liverpool will have another assistant coach. Of course, this is a good opportunity for Kuyt, but the Reds' assistant coach already has someone else."
Player-age Kuyt played for Liverpool for six seasons, scoring 71 goals 285 appearances, winning one League Cup championship and one Champions League runner-up.
