  According to the "Notice on the Directory of the Prohibited Fierce Dogs and Aggressive Dog Breeds in Chongqing and Standards for Large Dogs (Trial)" that before September 30, 2023, the key management area has been registered and the general management area has been immunized and belongs to the "Notice" and can continue to be raised after October 1, 2023. However, it must be re-registered in accordance with the provisions of the "Chongqing Dog Riding Management Regulations" and comply with relevant behavioral norms. Large dog standard:

The Chongqing Dog Riding Management Regulations stipulate that uncivilized behaviors such as abandoning and raising dogs, occupying public areas to raise dogs, carrying dogs in key management areas without tying dog leashes, or not wearing dog leashes, and having a length of more than 1.5 meters will be subject to a warning or a fine of more than 100 yuan and less than 500 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, a fine of more than 500 yuan and less than 1,000 yuan will be imposed.

The feces produced by dogs in public places are not removed immediately, which affects the urban appearance and environmental sanitation. The urban management department shall issue warnings, criticisms or fines of less than 100 yuan in accordance with its duties. The Chongqing Dog Riding Management Regulations impose penalties on dog owners or managers whose dogs hurt people, and the maximum fine increased from 1,000 yuan to 3,000 yuan.
