
Dongyuan attended the 2025 Taipei International Automation Chemical Industry Exhibition today. General Manager Gao Feijiu said that the Dongyuan robot conference module has been shipped in small batches and is currently mainly used for robot dogs. As for the unmanned opportunity, it will focus on agricultural and logistics use, attack non-red supply chains, and is expected to establish a supply chain in Taiwan, lock down Taiwan's local demand, and then advance to the US market.
Dongyuan this year focuses on "smart low-carbon manufacturing, creating a smart permanent field", focusing on key process control and intelligent and efficient transmission applications, fully presenting the application scenarios of "smart manufacturing" and "low-carbon factory", and displaying multiple robotics link modules, unmanned motor vehicles, and unmanned air transport (OHT) that are used in semiconductor industries.
Gao Feijiu said that robots currently use in industrial inspections, smart logistics and fire rescue applications have become indispensable key equipment in the smart manufacturing field. The robotics modules jointly operated by Dongyuan and Industrial Research Institute have been shipped in small batches, and some companies have made reservations to inevitably commercialize products. Currently, they are mainly machine dogs. Because a leg requires 3 link modules, each dog needs 12 link modules.
Gao Feijiu pointed out that the robotic link module developed by Dongyuan R&D adopts All-in-One design, integrates, servo drive and high-precision sensors, and has high flexibility in light quantization, high torque density and modularization. Its peak output value can reach up to 360Nm, and a maximum of 350% of the rated torque, with a turnover rate of 15 rad/s. The Dongyuan link module outputs 140Nm at the same torque, which is better than mainstream market products.
In terms of unmanned machines, Gao Fei said that Dongyuan's high-efficiency unmanned machine Marda focuses on agricultural and logistics use, and is suitable for multi-rotor machines of 1 to 20 kg. Its design can meet the needs of agricultural spray, air shooting and industrial patrol inspection fields, and ensure that unmanned machines fly stable, long-lasting, and good loading gravity. It adopts high-efficiency wire design and optimizes magnetic circuit structure, and is expected to establish an independent supply chain in Taiwan.
This time, Dongyuan took the electronic factory situation as an example to exhibit the OHT aerial unmanned transport vehicle used in the semiconductor process field. Dongyuan's feature is that it is equipped with a DC servo system and a miniaturized driver. The body is reduced by 75% compared with the traditional AC servo driver. Combined with the integrated communication design, it can effectively improve the production floor efficiency by 40%, and supports database tracking and position optimization, which comprehensively assists the intelligent upgrade of the enterprise's production line.
In terms of airless car, Gao Fei said that Dongyuan exhibited an OHT air-walking unmanned car used in the semiconductor processing field. It is equipped with a DC servo system and miniaturized driver. The body is reduced by 75% compared with the traditional AC servo driver. Combined with communication integrated design, it can effectively improve the production floor efficiency by 40%. Currently, two customers have cooperated, including packaging factories and TFT-LCD factories.
Gao Feijiu explained that the flat line industrial Mart is currently in China's Wuxi factory production, has customers and is used in vehicle and electric systems. Dongyuan belongs to the third generation of the latest technology, and is currently extending to unmanned machinery and industrial Martial Mart in the basics of vehicle power systems. It is expected to be a killer product in the future and will focus on the Taiwan and US markets in the future.
In terms of efficient control products and solutions, Gao Fei said that Dongyuan has released the new generation of high-performance AC servo system JSDG3, which can shorten the positioning time and ensure the stability of the process. It is widely used in CNC tool machines, copper foil splitters, and has step-by-step motor series, with high precision and fast response, suitable for AOI automatic optical detection equipment and high frequency stopping processes.
High-Flying Bird shared that the MP3100 axle-type sports controller and Σ-7S FT servo driver jointly exhibited by Toruo and Yaskawa Electric, exhibiting unbiased control and multi-axis synchronous control. The relevant enterprise ATM has launched a roll-up process and energy control solution, providing stricter power error control for films, copper foils, electronic papers and other continuous production lines, which can improve process accuracy and stability.
High-Flying Bird is strongly tuned. Dongyuanfeng provides medium and high-voltage frequency change energy solutions for high-energy-consuming industries. It combines an energy management platform to help steel, plasticization, papermaking and other industries reduce carbon and increase efficiency, and exhibits complete power and equipment energy storage solutions, including voltage transformers, flat-line industrial motors with a power density of 70%, as well as permanent magnet direct drive system for cooling water towers with 40% energy efficiency and solar hybrid energy change frequency air conditioning.
