Taiwan Electric will hold the second season of the Legal Conference today (17th). When asked by the legal person about his views on robots, Chairman Wei Zhejia pointed out that "it is too early to talk about robots now", but he also joked that if robots fly, it will be a big plus, and he himself will need robots one day.

Speaking of robots, Wei Zhejia said that it is still too early now. In fact, it is still too early to say that humanoid robots will play a role this year, and may be too early next year, because robots are too complicated and require a lot of sensing technologies, such as image sensors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and all these feedbacks to the central processor.

Humanoid robots are very complicated because they have to deal with humans directly, so they need to be very careful in their design. But Wei Zhejia also believes that once it starts flying, it will gain huge profits. He also believes that robots have the opportunity to be used in the medical field first, and laughed at it, "Take care for elderly people like me, one day I may need some humanoid robots to help me."

Wei Zhejia also revealed that the customer mentioned that after the robot appeared, the electric car would not be watched because the robot would grow at a market scale of 10 times, so he is quite looking forward to the impact of the robot.
