Duke Wen of Zhou regretted it and ordered that the fire be banned on the day of Jie Zhitui's death, and the people could only eat cold food.

Another theory is the rationalist school, which refers to the fact that the Cold Food Festival is a fire ban system originating from the Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties. In mid-spring, the weather is warm and windy, and it is easy to catch fire. In order to reduce the chance of fire accidents, a system of banning fire for several days in mid-spring was established to prevent fire disasters.

"The spring city does not fly without flowers, and the cold food is slanted by the east wind and willows." The "cold food" poem by the Tang poet Korean has passed down through the ages, writing about the prosperity of Chang'an City in late spring.

The "cold food post" by Su Zhi of the Song Dynasty was a different scene. He was in Huangzhou at that time. The spring rain was rippling and people were sick. "Cooking cold vegetables in the empty kitchen and burning the flowers, then they knew it was cold food." It was really a road where people were on the road. The kitchen was broken into stoves and the sausages were moist and could not even get up. It was cold food every day. However, this also made him have a deeper understanding of life and achieved a reputation for his everlasting talent.

In fact, Qingming Festival is in the atmosphere, "When all things grow, they are clear and clear, so they are called Qingming Festival" (a hundred questions at the age of age). At this time, the ancients would go to the suburbs to go out for a walk, relax their winds, etc.

"Spring is three parts, two parts of soil, and one part of flowing water." Take a bite of it and it seems like the spring light suddenly appears, but the beauty of spring will eventually pass away. Let's take advantage of the Qingming Festival and go out for a walk. "The best spring is the best place for spring, and it will definitely bring smoke and willows to the capital."
