As a medical professional, some people have their own unique nursing or health secrets. An 80-year-old Japanese doctor revealed that although he likes walking, he does not do it with his wife. It is not that he has bad relationships, but that he has health considerations.

Why don’t couples take a walk together?

80-year-old Nianda Kanshita Kanshita Kanshita, the director of the Nianda clinic, stays healthy every day and regards him as a daily routine. He said that because of clinic visits, meetings, meals with colleagues, etc., he had to sit for a long time, which caused tight waist muscles and lower back pain. In order to improve this situation, I will walk for 15 minutes every morning and then do broadcasting exercises.

But there is a reason why Shinta will not walk with his wife. He explained that after age, men are prone to spinal stenosis, and they will feel pain during walking for a while and need to rest halfway through; while women are mostly suffering from degenerative knee inflammation, so they will slow down to avoid pain.

In other words, it is difficult for high-age men and women to cooperate with walking speed and rhythm, so it will be difficult to avoid the difficulty of competing with each other. As for this, it is better to walk alone leisurely and enjoy the flowers, plants and the sky, and you can achieve the effect of walking.

As much as possible, I will do my job as a family and a chef.

In addition to not taking a walk together, Shinta will not hand over everything to his wife in life, but will simply cook by himself. He said that if men still recommend all their homework such as cooking and washing to their wives after retirement, they will be more likely to suffer from dementia, so they should participate in their homework as much as possible.

Shinta revealed that the daily breakfast is to cut the fragrant kidney and ham with a knife, stir-fry it with cream and sauce, and then make an egg plate. The chicken and egg dishes are simple and changeable, and it is also very interesting to watch the food challenge.

Although Shinta suffered from prostate cancer in September last year and had urinary disorders, he didn't care much. Instead, he said unfaithfully: "At this age, who is not sick? Mental health is more important than being healthy. During my home medical treatment, I have accompanied many patients through the last part of my life. From the deepest possible moment, death is an uncontrollable and avoidable fate." Therefore, he chose to rest with his own rhythm and time, and continue to live a happy life.
